Since our founding in 1939, we have manufactured mainly braid, fringe, and gold braid of narrow-width textiles used for uniforms and regulation cap, also 1m-wide fabric for shoes and bags, fringes for interior, 2m-wide fabric for use as industrial material, and more.
The main materials we use are rayon, cotton, linen, polyester, and nylon.
The yarns we use include spiral wrapped yarn, chenille yarn, spangle, twisted yarn, lily yarn, and fancy yarn. We combine these yarns to manufacture braid, fringe, piling, and more.
We have crochet knitting machines, Raschel knitting machines, dobby looms, needle looms, yarn twisting machines, weft winders, warping machines, winders, and more. These include machines with computer-controlled patterning capabilities and machines to achieve fabrics with unique arrangements of textile fibers.
The domestic Japanese market is known for its unyielding demand for quality, color fastness, color itself, attention to color in repeat orders, sequins that withstand dry cleaning, packaging, etc., and the order sizes tend to be small. We are capable of meeting such demands.
Our main products are narrow fabrics for women's clothing, such as braids, fringes, and piping. We also make gold braids for use in caps and uniforms, wide fabrics for use in bags and shoes, fringes for interior design items, and wide nets for industrial applications.
We have experience exporting products to various regions and countries, such as North America, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, Dubai, the Philippines, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
We have been commended by the Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry of Japan for our contributions to exports. Furthermore, our products have been used in the interiors of the State Guesthouse, the Diet Building, and the Imperial House of Japan.
